| 08/11/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | TPD call out. Arrived on scene and met with TPD. Maintance secured electric an water. No Gas on site. Owner was notified and maintance responded to the scene. Spoke with the leasing agent on the phone. Ms. Jennifer Liakos. My findings are as follow: > Unit was opened up due to water damage from a report to TPD. > There was water inside of the unit on the carpet and coming out the front door. > Found excess storage of boxes throughout the entire unit. It was determined to be a hoarder. > Pictures were taken. See Sire > NOV for damage was issued for emergency abatement and to vacate damaged units. > Indemnification form was signed by maintance. > Further damage not determined at this time. > Unit was posted "Unsafe to Occupy" on the front door and back window. >Maintance went into the unit with Inspector SG and myself. We found boxes and furniture stacked up to at least 4'. There was food left out in the kitchen on the counters. There were cobwebs up high on fixtures and walls. The smoke alarms appeared yellowed and not operable. |
