Back on site to find structure vacant still, but moving forward on repairs. Checked permit plus to find a permit was issued for repairs and upgrades from fire on 10/18/2016. Will move to close out this case as PDSD will be doing all inspection from this point on |

Was in the area today so checked on this property, found the property vacant and secured. Large rolloff in front yard with trash and debris from inside and outside of home. Washer and Dryer was removed from in front of electrial panel no longer blocking. Will call owner to see where they are with the permitting process. Called and spoke to mananger, will have plans submitted within next 30 days will f/u |
