At site due to another call about work without permit. Footers poured for block wall; originally on approved site plan for under 7', which doesn't require a permit. This case is still within NOV period in which owner is to submit revised site plan for secondary structure (at or under 200') which does not require a permit, and to review fill added in floodplain area; structure does not meet setback and will either need to be approved or moved. |
