07/13/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Met with occupant on site and she explined to me that they had a power surge and after that items inside the house started to short out. She showed me a letter from TEP and they concured with the power surge but that it would not cause the items to short out. The window in the bedroom would go up but it would not stay up. I spoke to the manger and he stated he has had the electical check in the unit and everything was fine, I asked him to have a lic contractor come out and do an inspection on the unit and the one next to it so we could make sure we did not have any issues with power to that unit. I spoke to the I spoke to Bill at Apla glass and he stated that the window was fixed a few weeks ago and that the window has been missed used by the ocupant and that it would have to be replaced because he cannot fix it. Have a number for Chuck ESC Electric and he was coming out later in the day to check the units.
