The person from the upper unit did call to have he bathroom checked. Arrived and was able to flush the toilet in the upper unit and it does leak to the bottom unit. It coming from the base of the toilet but not leaking on the floor of the upper unit. The upper unit is owned by the owner of the property and will need to get a plumber. The tenant of the bottom unit will not be able to have the repairs completed until the toilet has been repaired on the upper unit. The upper unit owner will try and find a plumber to check and make the repairs. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
