Arrived on site to find trash and debris in alley behind property in area of responsibility, also found storage of commercial vehicle on property in R3 zoned property. Door opened to rear of commercial vehicle and could see more items in truck. Several boats and storage trailers throughout property and piles of trash and debris. JMV's to include boats are properly screened by block wall and screened gate in front will not be included. Will move to NOV
