08/16/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.
08/16/2016 UDC Sec. 6.6.1 ACCESSORY USES In all zones, an accessory use shall comply with the following: A. The use shall be incidental to the principal use and is located on the same parcel as the principal use; B. The use shall be intended for the occupants, residents, customers, employees, or guests of the principal use; C. The use shall not substantially alter the exterior appearance or character of the principal use or building to which it is incidental.
08/16/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(d) DUTY TO REMOVE WEEDS AND REFUSE FROM ABUTTING SIDEWALKS, STREETS AND ALLEYS UPON NOTICE Upon receipt of notice served pursuant to section 16-45, the owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of any premises shall remove from the premises and the abutting portions of contiguous sidewalks, streets and alleys, all weeds, garbage, debris or other refuse which may endanger the health, safety or welfare of the persons in the vicinity of such premises. This duty extends to and includes any abutting sidewalk area and one-half (½) the width of abutting alleys, from the property line to the center line of the alley.
08/16/2016 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

11/17/2017 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed {Activity date: 03/20/2017; Status: Approved; Inspector: VINDIOLA; Comment: Entered by VINDIOLA - Arrived on site for follow up for court. Met with tenants of the propety they stated the owner took both commercial vehicles away last Thursday. Both commercial vehicles were removed from property} ; {Activity date: 11/17/2017; Status: Approved; Inspector: VINDIOLA; Comment: Entered by VINDIOLA - Arrived on site to check status before court, Charge A - alley with weeds/grass trash/debris - Trash and debris was removed however only 1/2 the alley was cleared of weeds and grass. Charge B- Commercial vehicles - large 32ft truck still on site, other two trucks under 21 ft in length which does not meet the commerical vehicle criteria. Court will be today} ; {Activity date: 09/01/2016; Status: Approved; Inspector: VINDIOLA; Comment: Entered by VINDIOLA - Arrived on site to serve citation. Met with owner at his place of business as I arrived the owner was very upset about his citation. He refused to sign and stated he was not the owner, that I would have to go look for the owner and told me to mail the citation. This is the same man who signed my NOV 10 days earlier as Ari Baban (owner on file with PC Assessor office). Contacted supervision and was okay to call tpd to get owner's information. Supervision as well as tpd showed up on site along with the owner. Owner still very upset however did give up his driver's license, his driver's license number was put on citation an owner refused to sign the citation. A copy was given to the owner along with the arraignment date. Asked the employee to call him and phone was handed to me, owner states he will not be into work today but made appt for tomorrow for citation to be delivered} ; {Activity date: 08/26/2016; Status: Approved; Inspector: VINDIOLA; Comment: Entered by VINDIOLA - Arrived on site on my 10 day follow up to find : Trash and Debris along with weeds and grass along wall in rear alley. Three commercial vehicles stored on property (residential property as home is being rented - spoke to tenants). Did see movement with trash and debris in yard now in piles however still on site.
