Met with the tenant upon opening door noticed that there had been minor water entering at the lower portions at the threshold due to the driving rain today. In the bathroom below the Skylight there was a small puddle of water and appeared to be a leakage from the Skylight at the lower end from the driving rain today. Spoke with tenant about what the situations were going to be and how the owner will be notified. I did not feel necessary to leave a NOV at this time. Supervisor called the owner on the phone as to what the situations conditions were. ACTION: Will call owner for follow up, If abated will close case. |
