07/01/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved Arrived on site roof appears in new condition was not able to notice any obvious leaking. Met with the tenant upon opening door noticed that there had been minor water entering at the lower portions at the threshold due to the driving rain today. In the bathroom below the Skylight there was a small puddle of water and appeared to be a leakage from the Skylight at the lower end from the driving rain today. Spoke with tenant about what the situations were going to be and how the owner will be notified. I did not feel necessary to leave a NOV at this time. Supervisor called the owner on the phone as to what the situations conditions were. ACTION: Will call owner for follow up, If abated will close case.
07/05/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Spoke with the owner and he was in route to repair the unit. Close case.
