Arrived on site and met with management. They gave me a copy of a work receipt done by Berts Electrical and Plumbing that all was inspected by them and cleared, this was done on 12/06/16. Went with maint supv to unit. Water was all gone from floors with no issue. All sheetrock holes in ceiling were abated and in dryer area new sheetrock and paint. Vent tube to dryer was also new, will move to close out this case |

Called and spoke to manager of complex stage unit is still vacant and still dealing with the insurance company. Took my name and number and would call me once things get settled and they start moving forward with Rehabilitation of the unit. Will follow up and January 2017 |

On site for follow up, met with manager Tomisue Barela, states unit is vacant and will remain vacant with all power off to the unit. Corporate insurance is handling the claim and no work until claim is settled. Will follow up in 30 days |
