Spoke to manager and asked about the A/C for the complex and she stated that all the A/C are working but a few has some blockage and that is being worked. Unit 140B has had the A/C fix and they have left a portable A/C unit in the apartment. I spoke to Mr. Rose who did the work on the unit and he stated that he had a 20 dgree different from the intake and out put of cool air. The unit in question is right next to the chiller unit and it isworking. The renters lease is not going to be renewed and they will have to move out on 1 July. Case Closed as NOVERIFY |
