ACCUMULATION OF TRASH IN THE ALLEY. INTERIOR OF UNIT IS FILLED WITH TRASH. Arrrived on site to find RV parked in under rear carport with screened 5ft chain link fence. Roof to rear carport not properly attached. Did not see any evidence of anyone living in RV and not hooked to utilities. Unable to tell if vehicle is running or not however it is properly stored at this time. Yard did have storage however not violation at this time. Did have pile of debris in alley behind this home will move to NOV |
