Every foundation, wall, roof, chimney and all exterior surfaces of buildings and structures shall be maintained in structurally sound condition and shall provide weather protection. All wood showing evidence of termite damage or decay, where structural or functional integrity is impaired, shall be replaced.

Upon receipt of notice served pursuant to section 16-45, the owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of any premises shall remove from the premises and the abutting portions of contiguous sidewalks, streets and alleys, all weeds, garbage, debris or other refuse which may endanger the health, safety or welfare of the persons in the vicinity of such premises. Arrrived on site to find RV parked in under rear carport with screened 5ft chain link fence. Roof to rear carport not properly attached. Did not see any evidence of anyone living in RV and not hooked to utilities. Unable to tell if vehicle is running or not however it is properly stored at this time. Yard did have storage however not violation at this time. Did have pile of debris in alley behind this home will move to NOV
07/11/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find roof was taken on carport area which abates the roof issue. Trash and debris in rear alley was also abated, area is clear and clean. Will move to close out this case.
