11/17/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Followup inspection to yesterday's posting; property is secure and remains posted with both notice to vacate and no trespassing signs (Ulan); front yard has been cleaned and is clear of weeds and refuse. Rear yard continues to have a large amount of refuse.
11/16/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Called out to property by TPD officer Mike Marine. He had found the vacant property occupied by several individuals without utilities; one occupant claimed to officer she had right to be there since she had pulled permit; they left and were not arrested. Main electrical panel heavily damaged, so structure did not have electric or water utility. Agent for Ulan Family Partnership was present to post no trespassing signs; Ulan had written permission from Barbara Grubich prior to passing away to access property and are in process of obtaining ownership legally. Notice to vacate was posted; Indemificaton and notice was issued to (deceased) legal owner, which the agent signed as interested party. Photos. Agent has contractor arriving within 30 mins to re-board, though entrances are shut or locked currently.
11/04/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Structure remains secured; accumulation of vegetation, dead palm fronds below 10', accumulation of refuse, all persist as violations. Photos.
07/20/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is still the same have talked to Debbie and she is working with her lawyer to get control of the property to were she can clean it up.
