04/11/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved This property has been this way for a number of years and we cannot fine an owner, have check with Code Compliance and they gave me a number to call but they cannot do anything in the state of AZ. The house is vacant and abandoned. The house is havily deteriorated. Their is much debris and refuse throughout the property and all the vegetation is either dead or untended. Water records show service was terminated in March 2013 and the bill payer was the listed owner of the property. I ran the name in the system and that person is not paying a water bill in their name in Tucson at this time.
11/23/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE MORALES Approved Inspector Morales inspected property and did not find any breaches of the structure or people occuping the premesis. Additional complaint regarding water tampering was being investigated by Tucson Water.
