Went back to the property due to the electrical was not going to be turned back on until a clearance is approved by the city. Due to lacking the electrical, the gas will remain off. Did go over that a permit is required for the reconnect and T.E.P. won't install the wiring until the clearance has been completed. The owner will get the permit. Did do the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front window and the owner signed the paper work to vacate the property. The owner was not able to get the storage room secured and gave permission to call the contractor that the city provides. The Redcross was called to the property to assist in placement. Will wait to check on getting the permit approved and inspected. RV. |
