ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR GOODMAN AND MANANGER LUCKY ON SITE, ALLOWED IN COMPLEX BOTH STAIR CASES IN FRONT AND MIDDLE WERE SECURE. SHEETROCK ON SECOND FLOOR ALL PATCHED UP WITH TAPE AND TEXTURE HOWEVER UNPAINTED MANAGER WOULD HAVE IN PAINTED. LIGHT BULBS AT REAR OF BUILDING AND IN LAUNDRY ROOM MISSING, FACEPLATE IN LAUNDRY ROOM ON AND HOT WATER ON TO ENTIRE COMPLEX. BACK WALL NOW SECURE AND NO LONGER FLEXES. WEEDS/GRASS AND GRAFFITI ALONG OUTSIDE OF WALL ALONG CURB ALL REMOVED. TRASH AND DEBRIS AROUND METAL CONTAINER ON SITE.. WILL F/U |
