Complaint no hot water to entire complex, pipes busted and backyard. Arrived on site gates locked to facility called and spoke to tenant she is not at the property and won't be home until after 6 p.m. states no issues with the inside of the unit however haven't had hot water in two weeks. Boiler system with a part that needs to be repaired. Called and left message for manager with no return phone call. Was able to get on property tenant states it was only a cover that was missing to the sewer pipe that was taken care of , No raw sewage leaking at this time. Had sheetrock damage in several areas on second floor by rooms 13, 14 and 21. Rear fascia facing south lacks paint protection. Light covers missing throughout complex on walkways. Stairs on north side of complex by the front and also by the laundry room show signs of rust along with the railing systems to those staircases are not properly secured. Rear gate along the east side of complex locks, howwever wall is unstable and wobbles. Missing light bulb by stairs on east side of complex. Missing light bulb in a laundry room along with a faceplate behind washing machine also in the laundry room. Weeds and grass all along curbside on Jacinto side of the complex. Graffiti on wall long Jacinto side of complex. Boiler system out no hot water to entire complex verified by another tenant on the property. Called and left another message for property manager to call me. |
