Yellow folder call out... Car through building. Inspection arrived on site met with TPD .. car through residential building, found vehicle had struck the AC unit along with AC electrical panel and hit the wall to the carport structure. Damage was done to the wall approximately 4x5ft section of the block wall, interior sheetrock and furring strips were damaged. Electrical outlet was also against that same wall, no visible damage or movement of that outlet, however power was shut down to the entire carport by TFD.. owner of the vehicle had called the insurance company and a tow truck was going to pull out vehicle, TPD remained on site and possible citations for driver. Owner took the responsibility of boarding up the damage section of wall. Nov was written and signed along with indemnification paperwork, also instructed homeowner not to power up the carport until a qualified electrical contractor has evaluated the system for any damage...
