06/29/2015 TDOT-Barricade Complaint Call Continued Recieved call from Blanca Espino regarding a complaint about the U-Turns on East & West bound Broadway at Cmo. Seco. Inspector drove the project and noted that allowable U-Turns were causing U-Turning traffic to enter the milled portion of the outside lanes of Broadway, both directions. I called david stiffey and asked if it was CIP intent to close the lane, while continuing to allow business access. He said he was not concerned with the issue at this time and the contractor will address it later if it impedes his work.
