Stop by the property and was able to meet with the renter, there are a number of issues. The heater has no knobs on any of the hearter units that I saw. She states she is not sure they work and she want other type heaters because if she has a seizure she could fall on to the base board heaters and burn herself. I explined to her that we have no control over that all we have to do is make sure you have heat. Hot water heater is outside and needs to be replaced the bottom is rusting out and there is no door to the cabnit. Inside I check the plugs in the kitchen and found open ground on all the plugs and in the living room I check 2 plugs and found Neg ground rev. I told the renter I would talk to her owners or and Bancroft and Associates. |
