Damage to ceiling due to roof leak. Air register in bedroom not secured and falls out. Water heater under kitchen sink not functioning properly. Baseboard heaters not working. Standing water outside entry to apartment due to lack of maintenance of the parking area. Laundry room has numerous holes in the walls, the ceiling is falling down, the electrical box for the light switches is not properly installed and the door to the laundry room is severly deteriorated and falling apart. |
