Complaint dead palm fronds. Inspection found homeowner on site walked the property with homeowner all dead palm fronds are above the 10 foot ground level rule.. question one on the other side of the RV which is in violation owner state it is not her tree it is next door neighbors tree at 3555 North Christmas place. Will move to close out this case |
