Arrived on site knocked on door but no answer, posted a notice to call for appt. check front yard found several Palm Trees in front yard however dead fronds area above the 10ft limit except for one tree on south border of property ..

Inspection found homeowner on site walked the property with homeowner all dead palm fronds are above the 10 foot ground level rule.. question one on the other side of the RV which is in violation owner state it is not her tree it is next door neighbors tree at 3555 North Christmas place. Will move to close out this case
