THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED BY A TOW TRUCK AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING OR THE POST.

I DID INSPECT THE 2ND STORY WALK WAY. THE GUARD RAIL ENTERS THE BUILDING BY WAY OF A SQUARE HOLE, THE TOP OF GUARD RAIL IS LOOSE DUE TO NOT PROPERLY BEING ANCHORED TO THE BUILDING, THE BOTTOM RAIL IS MISSING AN ANCHOR BOLT.
