06/16/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site for follow up research found that Southside structure has still not been permitted in permit still in applied status knock on front gate however no answer was able to verify structure along that Southside still standing and still build a zero property line. Structure in the rear was okayed through zoning because it means setbacks using alley easement. Storage throughout rear yard of property and storage along front carport with Windows and glass doors that can be seen from Street will move to citation
03/01/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site, found front curb clean and clear of all trash and debris, rear of carport in front also clean and clear of debris, met with tenants who showed me into the property had cleaned a large portion of the yard, was able to move freely around the yard small area just west of the front door still needs more work. Shed at the rear and along the south side still intact they went down to the zoning department and met with Steve Shields will be working the zoning aspect of the case .Paperwork was given to them to move forward on site plan. Will follow up on case in 15 days
02/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site for follow up, met with owner Mr Palmer and also tenant Scott. Two copies of notice of violation and photos were given to each one, we walked the property and identified the violations on the notice and solutions. Both understood the violations and would move forward in trying to get those abated, will follow up in 15 days... tenant Scott was working on storage aspect of violations when I arrived, he already had most of front door area cleared and would start on side yard of property. Brush & Bulky is in the area in 2 weeks .
02/05/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved on site for follow up, found storage items outside of carport area old window and wood pieces.. Made contact with rear unit refused entry by girl friend of tenant .. Was able to see from neighboring property storage sheds still up.. Storage still high throughout rear yard of property.. Will make contact with owner .. Made contact with ward 6 and brought them up to date on findings and plan moving forward
10/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received a request to have an inspection done on the property per Mike W. Arrived and met with the tenant and was able to check the area or excessive storage on the property. The tenant has built 2-wood frame sheds and on the property line. The tenant did not get a permit for the work that was done. Did go over that the property needs to be cleaned up and the electrical panel needs to be cleared to have access to the electrical panel at all times. Did go over the setbacks on the wood frame shed that they will need to have more clearance or will need approvals from the surrounding owners if they want to keep the sheds where they exist now on the property. The property outside the fence line has been cleaned of the tall grass and weeds with the trash and debris. Did go over that the shed in the front of the carports in the front of the property needs to be moved or get an approval from zoning and may require a variance for approval to remain in the same location. Did take pictures and told the tenant what needs to be addressed. Will get with Angel the inspector and Mike W. the administrator. RV.
