When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

An accessory structure that exceeds the allowable height of a wall within a perimeter yard and is detached from a principal structure shall comply with the perimeter yard width standards of the principal structure, except that the accessory structure may be built to a parcel line with the consent of the adjoining or, when separated by an alley, adjacent property owner(s); D. Accessory structures, such as light poles, flagpoles, and other tall and narrow structures that are similar, shall be exempt from the setback requirement. Amateur radio towers are exempt from the setback requirement and are allowed to a maximum height of 100 feet.
09/30/2015 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(a) ACCUMULATION OF VEGETATION PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of the accumulation or untended growth of vegetation. The accumulation or untended growth of vegetation means the presence of plants on property that create a fire, safety or health hazard, or that attract vermin either on the property, on neighboring properties, or on both, and includes but is not limited to: (1) Any lawn grass that exceeds 6 inches in height; (2) All weeds that exceed 6 inches in height; (3) Dead trees and dead shrubs; (4) Dead palm fronds within ten feet of the ground, a structure, a fence or wall, or of any combustible other than the tree from which the fronds have grown; (5) Any tree, shrub, or other form of vegetation of any kind on the property or on the adjoining right-of-way, street, or alley that extends over or under the sidewalk space or roadway in a manner that may interfere with the reasonable use of the street, sidewalk, or alley for pedestrian or vehicular traffic of any kind or that may obstruct the view or light distribution of traffic-control devices or luminaries. Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade.

Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. And illegal room shed has been added to the apartment. Arrived on site noted at least two units to the structure knocked on rear structure with a doorbell attach to the fence however no answer was noted that yard to the rear apartment had full of weeds and grass over 6 inches along with trash and debris and storage throughout the yard. Bad smell of food or meat rotten could be smelled from outside the gate ..noted along the south side facing of the main structure a shed was constructed not attached to the main structure but on zero property line again on the south side of the property. Another shed in process of being built against the back fence of the property not meeting setback. Wires hanging from power lines are simple cable wires. It was also noted the rain gutter shoot across the yard and over the back wall just draining into the alley easement and neighboring properties. Will move to notice of violation
10/25/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site, storage shed in rear side yard still there, storage still heavy in back yard looks like he started to clean but still not enough. No one home but have arraignment today, will make contact with tenant and owner again
