Visited site, met Tucson Fire at site, inspected, found as follows, there was alot of fire and smoke damage thru out the residence and the carport, and shed, there was a fire initiated due to the added illegal electrical circuits added.Upon furthur inspection found illegal electric circuits added thru out the residence,additions,sheds, also found an installation of a water heater that was installed illegally and posed a safety hazard, there was free flowing water coming from the water heater that the water piping was damaged due to the fire, I then asked the tenant where the water meter was and was shown and the water was turned off,Tucson Electric Power had booted the power lugs on the electrical mechaniclal meter, South west gas made a determination that the added gas line was unsafe and had pinned the gas meter in the off position, The Red Cross was contacted thru the Tucson Fire due to the reidence was going to be condemned due to no utilitys.I then contacted owner and explained to him that the unit would be condemned, owner refusing to leave premises and stated that no one could make him leave, wrote notice of violation, had owner sign and gave a copy.I then took pictures, then contacted the board up company to have the unit secured, they had pinned both entry doors closed.posted "DO NOT ENTER" |
