01/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the patches have been repaired. They are lacking the painting over the patches and the stains where the ceiling leaked from the roof. Did go over that the electrical panels in the area need to be checked due to the amount of rust they have and the breakers are aged. The owner will have an electrician check the panels and write a letter that all is OK once the panels are checked. Once the letter is written and states all is OK, the case can be closed. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/11/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner at site and some work was done to remove the loose areas of the plaster. No patch work has been done but has talk to someone who will be doing the work soon. Will check in 21 days. RV.
11/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The Notice of Violation came back unclaimed and took the N.O.V. to the location and met with the daughter and will give to the owner of the property which is her father. Will keep the same follow up date of 11-20-15. RV.
