Did go over that the ceiling needs to be patched and at this time remove the loose areas until solid or block off the area not allowing any one in the area. Will check in 10 days. RV.
10/13/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved The business is opened and the owner is not on site. Did leave a card for the owner to call me when getting to the property. Did go over that the graffiti has been painted on the north wall and she was aware of the graffiti. Did ask about the roof leak and she was aware and thought the roof was being worked on. Some work was done on the interior and not completed where the roof was leaking. Will wait for the owner to call. RV.
