IN UNIT #63 MAINTANENCE REPLACED THE BATHROOM CEILING DRYWALL AND PART OF THE HALLWAY. EVERYTHING WAS RETEXTURED. OUTLETS WERE ALLOWED TO DRY OUT AND ELECTRIC WAS RESTORED TO THE UNIT. ALL OUTLET COVERS AND FIXTURE COVERS WERE ALSO REPLACED. CARPET WAS DRIED OUT BUT IS ALSO SCHEDULED TO BE REPLACED. ALL ISSUES WERE FOUND ABATED. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
09/03/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM MANAGER STATING SHE HAD CONTACTED DAN QUINN ABOUT WETHER OR NOT A PERMIT WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE AMOUNT OF DRYWALL NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. DAN GAVE A EXPLANATION, STATED TO THE MANAGER SHE WOULD NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT, AND I CONFIRMED WITH DAN QUINN THAT THEY CALLED AND DAN STATED A PERMIT WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.
