TENANT KAREN STROUGH ALLOWED ENTRY INTO HER UNIT MENTIONED TFD HAD TURNED OF POWER TO THE UNIT AT THE SUB PANEL AND SQUEEGEED ALOT OF THE WATER OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREA, MAINTANENCE PERSON ROGER BEELE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CALLING WATER RESTORATION COMPANY. LATER FOUND THEY GAVE HIM A 30 MINUTE ETA. ROGER WAS ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING COVERS TO THE SWITCHES, OUTLETS AND LIGHT COVERS, I CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL BOXES AND FOR THE MOST PART BOXES WERE DRY. ROGER ALSO REMOVED FOOD FROM THE REFRIGERATOR FOR THE TENANT. THE MANAGER MELISSA OROZCO WAS ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING A PLACE FOR THE TENANT TO BE PUT UP AS TENANTS DAUGHTER STATED SHE DID NOT HAVE ROOM FOR HER MOTHER AT THEIR APT. COMPLEX. I ASKED THAT THE ELECTRIC IN UNIT #63 BE LEFT OFF FOR 48 HRS. TO ALLOW WALLS AND BOXES TO DRY OUT. WATER WAS BEING EXTRACTED AND WORKERS HAD 4 FANS FOR EACH UNIT TO HELP DRY THE UNITS. FOUND POSSIBLE DRYWALL DAMAGE TO TO THE BATHROOM, HALLWAY, KITCHEN AND MASTER BDRM, MINOR WATER DAMAGE TO THE 2ND BDRM. MET AND SPOKE WITH REGIONAL MANAGER ELENA BUJOR AND INFORMED HER OF THE 48HR PERIOD TO RESTORE ELECTRICAL AND THE POSSIBLE REQUIREMENT FOR A DRYWALL PERMIT. NOV WAS ISSUED TO THE MANAGER MELLISA OROZCO FOR A EMERGENCY VACATE, AND REPAIRS TO THE WATER DAMAGED ELECTRICAL |
