After review, Inspector and I met with BO and discussed issues in detail. Action: CE will close case as No Jurisdiction at this time. Bridges appear not to imede water flow of Private wash, no hazard was observed (Current heavy Monsoons occuring) and no Permit is applicable. Wall is partially in wash, does not appear to impede flow, crate hazard and Retaining wall is approx 30-inches not triggering Permit. Parking pad does not impede traffic, water, and does not appear to create a hazard. ROW would not require removal unless hazard, imede traffic or development of ROW is necesary. If new complaint is recieved, CE will re review at that time. |
