At site, spoke to manager Ronda, tenant Pricilla and maintenace guy Nick. The air coming out of the vent felt cool to me so I asked the maintenace for a heat gun. The temperature at the vents was between 71.5 and 75 degrees. The interior wall temp at approx. 5 feet was 81 degrees, the exterior wall was 91 degrees. I inspected the chiller, both fans were working properly and a new filter was installed. I spoke to some other inspectors who informed me that 75 degrees at the vents was good with the current high temperatures. I spoke to supervisor Rick S. and explained the temperature differences and what I observed. He stated to close the case and explain to the tenant if the issues continue to call again. Close case. |
