The work to the furnace and the water heater has been completed. Still lacking the permit and the manager has been called to have the permit issued. He will call the contractor. Some work has been done and not completed. Did meet with the tenant and having trouble with the outlet in the living room area in the wall going to the hallway and the masonry wall by the door. Did call the manager to have those outlets checked. The next follow up date is 10-1-15 and will meet at that time. RV. |
