A mechanical company has been called to the property and the part has been ordered and will be in on Friday. The temprature in the bedrooms is 93 degrees to 95 degrees and the living room was 83 degrees to 85 dgrees where has a cooling unit and fans. If the AC unit is turned on it blows hot air. Did talk to the management and will be placing the tenant in another unit until this unit is repaired. Did call the tenant to let her know to meet with the management for the room. At this time no N.O.V. will be written due to the management has been made aware of the issues with the AC and has a contractor on site working and has already ordered the part and waiting for the part to repair the AC. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
