Complaint leak from cooler, plaster has fallen down and live wires are hanging from the ceiling. Inspection -met on site with tenant, construction supv. along with inspector Goodman, tenant showed us an area in hall where filter area was leaking, Construction people replaced a coil to the AC system. New sheetrock and stucco was put up. While on site crews showed up to paint the ceiling. All has been resolved will move to close out case |
