Site inspection shows front ROW has been paved along with driveway to north; existing 6' block wall has decorative archways over 7', but constitutes less than 70% of the wall; there is a portion of the wall that has been extended in height on the south side which will require review; terrace/trellis attached to main structure and to wall on the south and west property lines with 0 setbacks; four structures have been built since last approved 2003 permit and site plan for kitchen addition: 1) attached porch at SE corner of main structure, 2) unattached building at or over 120' located in south side of rear yard with front parapet wall 4'0+ over roof, 3) unattached building over 120' located in NE corner of rear yard with parapet wall 4'0+ over roof and reduced setbacks from property lines; 4) porch added along south and east facades of existing guesthouse located in north rear yard. Permits will be required, along with a compliance review for location of buildings, changes to wall, and structure setbacks, and new site plan approval including new lot coverage calculations.
