Met with the owner due to have taken the case from the inspector. The owner did go to court and the case was closed due to the inspector not present at the hearing. In talking to the owner, he stated that the entire property was remodled in 2008 and the porches were part of the permit and building addition. I will go back and check the plans and if on the plans the case will be closed. The fire place has been there for some time and was part of the orginal part of the house when built. The house was re-stucco'ed and the fire place looks new. Will check records. RV. |
