06/26/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The wood frame shed has been removed. The power has been restored to underground and on peminate power from T.E.P. to the other property affected by the fire. Building B, nothing has been done due to the insurance is still working on the case. The owner has not heard from the insurance and still waiting for the out come of the claim. The owner is still working on the cleaning of the property. Will check in 45 days. RV.
06/04/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the power has been restored to the property. The permit has been finaled on 6-3-15 and the power has been turned back on to building and unit C, C-1, trailer A, the wood shop and the common restroom by the shop and the trailer. Building B and B-1 do not have power due to the damage to the structure of Building B. The Tenants from the Building B and B-1 are moving into Building C. All the other tenants will be going into their same units and had no fire damage and were only lacking the water and electrical which has been repaired. The smoke detectors were being installed while on site and will complete to all the liveable units. Will check in 10 days. RV.
05/30/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner called that he was at the site. Did meet with the owner of the property and went over that the wood frame shed needs to be removed due to in the easement and not able to dig to make the repairs to give power to the neighbors property. TEP did give temorary power when the new pole was installed. The wash room needs to be removed due to the easement goes back into the room 5' and that is needed for the guide support for the pole. The owner is talking about removing the entire structure down due to the amount of damage. Did go over getting power back to unit B-1 due to will need to have new electrical installed to that unit. The owner will start with getting power back to the other units of A, C, C-1, the wood shop area and the restroom. The owner signed the paper work of the Notice of Violation. A site plan may be required due to the amount of structures on the property. Will check in 10 days. RV.
