There is another permit for the building and plumbing T15CM04217 and that is lacking the building final and the health department to have the permit finaled. Did call the owner of the buisness and the contractor to let them know. The owner of the buisness stated that those belong to the property owner and he has been addressing those issues. Did talk to the contractor and will call the owner to check on getting those inspection finaled. Did go over the building final and the health department are lacking. Once those are done the case will be closed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
08/04/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the management and they had creates in front of the electrical panels and were moved while on site. Did check on the emergency lighting and they do have the emergency lighting in place and will need to be checked. The main disconnect is the wrong box and waiting for the new approved box which has been ordered and waiting for it to be delivered to the site. The business is opened at this time. Will check in 45 days. RV.
06/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the electrician and T.E.P. is requesting changes in the wiring to be changed for CT to be added. The feeders have been pulled from the transformer to the box for the building. The switch gear is being cleaned for temporary use until the new switch gear arrives in 8 to 10 weeks. The stucco has been removed affected by the fire, the wood siding on the soffit ceiling and some of the stucco on the soffit facing the parking lot. Will check in 30 days. RV.
06/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Contractor on site and working on the replacement of the electrical system. The feeders have been removed today to the transformer. Scheduled to be installed on Tuesday the feeders from the transformer to the CT can and still has the switch gear with smoke damage. The switch gear has been ordered and will install as soon as it is on site. Will check in 10 days. RV.
