Date Description Inspector Results Comments
05/22/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved This was a TPD felony arrest incident at the onset. When TPD entered the apartment they discovered that the occupants had discharged a dry chemical extinguisher in a bedroom. Occupants stated they were using a torch of some sort and it ignited some other materials in the room. I was unable to locate anything charred or burnt. There were typical items in the area, clothing, electronics, paper, however nothing showed any evidence of burning. I sifted through the debris for several minutes. Sargent Wolridge stated he did not summons the fire department. Maintenance staff was standing by to secure the apartment as the occupants were arrested and taken away by TPD. Other than the dry chemical powder there was no other damage whatsoever.
