06/12/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved This is the 5th time I've visited this address and again there is no commercial automotive repair occurring whatsoever. I have made contact and spoken to the PO and all the vehicles at this residence belong to and are titled in his name. There are no exterior porperty maintenance violations. During my conversation with the PO he indicated there was a particular neighbor who has been making complaints for several years. A review of CE history at this address confirms numerous complaints for the same thing. Some violations were found during the initial complaint in 2011 however those violations were corrected by the PO and no longer exist. Case is closed.
06/08/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Subsequent to receiving an additional email from the complainant I drove by the address again today and again there was no automotive repair activity observed.
05/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No automotive repair activity occurring at the time of inspection today. There was a large SUV, Ford Expedition? in the side yard near the vehicle lift however not people were visible and I could not hear the sound of any pneumatic tools in operation. There was one vehicle parked in the driveway in front of the residence which may be the PO's personal vehicle. If I can find a good number for the PO I'll attempt to make contact and confront him with the complaint of the auto repair business.
