There were no cars in the front yard and the house appeared typical of the other residences in the area. There is a gate on the south side of the residence to the side/rear and there were some vehicles visible. There was an automotive lifting apparatus in that area however there were no vwehicles on the lift. In aerial photography the lift becomes evident in 2011 however it may have been there longer, a large tree in the neighboring property obscures the aera prior to 2011. Will f/u again later in the week to see if I can observe any kind of commercial auto repair activity. |

I have made contact and spoken to the PO and all the vehicles at this residence belong to and are titled in his name. There are no exterior porperty maintenance violations. During my conversation with the PO he indicated there was a particular neighbor who has been making complaints for several years. A review of CE history at this address confirms numerous complaints for the same thing. Some violations were found during the initial complaint in 2011 however those violations were corrected by the PO and no longer exist. Case is closed. |
