The exterior wall has been pushed down on the east side. The hose bibb has been broken off and capped for now to get the water back on. The wall where the hose bibb is locatee has been furred out and made holes on the on the panels to make the repair for sodering of the cap on a copper line. The storage room appears to not have been permited due to the stucco has been used for the exterior covering and has no vapor barrier of felt or paper, no weep screen and the rafters are 2 x 4's spaning 8' with a drywall ceiling. The maintenance man did sign the paper work and did go over the addition may have been built with out a permit and the architect will have to check when doing the drawings for the repairs. Once the cap was placed where the hose bibb was knocked off, the water was turned back on. The business was able to remain opened due to no damage to the main building.
