Inspection of building #5 found new vinyl roof removed from south side of the building for 100 ft and 12- 14 up towards the middle fo the roof (approx 1200-1400 sq ft), vinyll roof also not well adhered to the roof decking in various areas. Found coolers missing, plumbing and electrical connections improper or damaged. Found missing or damaged plumbing vents and vent pipes, termination caps, and roof jacks. |
