Items complete: smoke detedtors, animal waste, dead bolts removed, drywall in waterheater room, window cranks, rear bedroom cooler and flooring. Needs to be completed: Permits, Ceiling tiles, rear bedroom heating unit, all plumbing items, all electrical items and pick up of weeds and dead vegetation.
