Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade. |

All heating facilities shall be free from health hazards associated with ventilation, mounting, electrical and gas connections and other defects. Unvented fuel-burning heaters must be of a listed and approved type, and are prohibited as the sole source of heating.
