Work without permit for two shed one on the Southeast side of the property, and one that was bing used as an illegal dwelling unit. There was a number of issued with extension cords being used for power for light and other items that needed power. It looks like two sub panel have been added without permit along with power being ran from the top of the roof to another shed that has been them from photoes before 1998. Sopke to one of the owner (Ruby) and I explioned to her that she could not live in the shed that it was unsafe for her or anyone to live there. I gave her a Notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate. and a Notice of Violation for work without permit building that was built without a permit. I explained to her that I would send her another notice for the rest of the violations. Did give her 30 Days to get a permit for the building or remove the building. |
