Did call the contractor that was on the site before on one of the inspection and they are not part of the work that is being done and not working with the owner. Did call the owner and left a message. Will check in 10 days. RV.
07/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. Not able to check if any work has been done. The permit has been applied for, T15CM04191 on 6-19-15 and a D.D.O. is required and submitted on 6-24-15, T15SA00218. Will check in 60 days. RV.
05/07/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. The contractor was on site and the testing for the Abestos and the Lead. The electrical contractor was also on site and was asking question on the unpermitted issues due to the amount of work that has been added. Did go over that the permit needs to be issued and the inspector will go over the work with out permits or concerns. The tenants did show on site and they live down the street and renting from a different owner. The tenants do have some of their items still in the house and in the garage. No work has been done at this time for the repairs to the fire damage. Will check in 60 days. RV.
03/31/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenants and are removing more items from the house. Did place the "Do Not Enter" placard on the front window and took pictures of the windows secured. The rear gates are locked and not able to enter the rear of the property. The tenants are still in the hotel. Will check in 30 days. RV.
